Now, I was never an apple fan. I mean sure, I would have one cut up from time to time with caramel, chocolate, or peanut butter, but as a general rule of thumb, I did not care for apples. Never did I ever like apple pie or baked apple desserts or even apple cider. That all changed my third year in university... well maybe not all of it. I still didn't eat warm apple stuff but I did start eating at least one apple a day because I bought them by the kilo for Budget prices. Even now, I eat like one or two apples a day which is more than I could say in my high school years (I was wayyyy less healthy)
Enough about my love-hate relationship with apples and onto the recipes!
